Job Title: Aviation Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and modifying aircraft parts and components. You will correct any malfunctions or deficiencies with and without power applied to the aircraft. You will access and re-install aircraft components that obstruct the performance of assigned tasks and perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and modify aircraft parts and components.
- Correct malfunctions or deficiencies with or without power applied to the aircraft.
- Access and re-install obstructing aircraft components.
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
Essential Skills
- A&P license with a minimum of 3 years of corporate jet experience.
- Or Airframe license with a minimum of 5 years of corporate jet experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of aircraft.
- Experience with flightline operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Global, Challenger, or Learjet products.

Work Environment
You will work at a service center located in Wichita, KS, in a non-climate-controlled environment where customer interaction is frequent. Shifts are flexible, including 1st (day) 6:42 AM-3:12 PM, 2nd (evening) 3:42 PM–11:12 PM, 3rd (nights) 11:12 PM-6:42 AM, or 4th (weekends) Fri-Sun; 5 AM-5 PM. The dress code is casual, with jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes being appropriate attire.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
