Responsibilities

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft avionics systems, including communication, navigation, autopilot, and electrical systems.

Perform diagnostic testing using specialized equipment to identify malfunctions and implement effective solutions.

Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics for avionics installations and repairs.

Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company policies when performing maintenance and modifications.

Perform software updates, calibrations, and programming of avionics systems as required.

Collaborate with pilots, maintenance teams, and engineers to address avionics-related concerns and ensure aircraft safety.

Document all work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and compliance records.

Stay up to date with industry advancements, new technologies, and changes in regulations.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
