Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a variable shift.
- 3+ months experience using internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite, and/or specialized computer applications.
- 3+ months experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, specifications, and following detailed work instructions (in English).
- 3+ months experience in a technical or mechanical role using basic hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
- REQUIRED: Ability to complete and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications (as required)
Top Technical Skills
- Conventional material lay-up and precision measuring
- Power, pneumatic, and hand tools
- CNC experience
- Crane operations experience
- Ability to read and interpret aviation drawings, specifications, material processes, schematics, and diagrams
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform:
- Flexion and extension (head bent forward/back)
- Handling, kneeling, bending at the waist
- Overhead reaching, rotation of head/neck
- Standing, twisting, walking
- Climbing/balancing (stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, inclined surfaces)
- Crawling and crouching (squatting)
- Lifting and carrying 10–35 pounds

- Ability to work with High Hazard Chemicals
- Ability to complete and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications (as required)
