Primary Job Duties
- Responsible to the Manager of Maintenance Control.
- Review and approve on call maintenance provider invoices focusing on key points and matching against maintenance logs.
- Review monthly new station forecast and review on call maintenance providers available and verify with CASS if they are properly activated by submitting approval forms.
- Research new on call maintenance providers as existing providers close.
- Arrange for new on call maintenance providers and provide appropriate paperwork to CASS to arrange for audits and activation.
- Working with upper management.
- Review on call maintenance vendor pricing and contracts verifying that retainer fees are consistent.
- Correspond with Maintenance Control personnel when they have questions about providers and amend phone list as required.
