As an Engine Technician, you will play a crucial role in inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling PT6A & PT6T engines. Your ability to read and interpret maintenance and overhaul manuals will be vital in ensuring our high standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of PT6A & PT6T engines.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul services on turbine engines.
- Read and interpret maintenance and overhaul manuals accurately.
- Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged engine components.
- Disassemble, clean, evaluate, repair, and assemble turbine engines.
Essential Skills- Experience in aviation maintenance environment, preferably on PT6A/PT6T series.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Proficiency in engine repair, troubleshooting, and inspection.
- Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.
- Valid clear drivers license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- A&P License preferred but not required.
- Pratt & Whitney turbine engine experience a plus.
- Computer skills including electronic mail, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to attain a repairmans certificate with 18 months of experience.
- Must have own hand tools; special tooling will be supplied by the company.

Work Environment
Work inside an air-conditioned environment. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required. The role involves working in confined spaces, requiring manual dexterity to handle small tools and component parts, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
