About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting standard testing processes on a variety of equipment to ensure it meets quality and performance standards. Your attention to detail and troubleshooting skills will directly impact the success of our products and operations. Whether youre analyzing test results or collaborating with engineering teams, your work will drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and monitor testing processes on a wide range of equipment.
Record and analyze test data to identify defects, malfunctions, or performance issues.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop solutions for testing problems or equipment malfunctions.
Maintain, calibrate, and repair test equipment and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing procedures.
Develop new testing procedures in collaboration with the engineering team to enhance quality.
Ensure that all testing procedures comply with safety standards and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
0-2 years of experience in assembly, testing, or a related field.
Familiarity with industry-specific testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and other mechanical tools.
Basic mechanical systems knowledge and the ability to work with tools.
Ability to lift 30 lbs. or more and work in a physically demanding environment.
A problem-solving mindset with the creativity to develop solutions in real-time.
Preferred:
Previous experience with torque wrench use or mechanical testing.
Familiarity with testing procedures and safety protocols.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
