Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience with emphasis on troubleshooting and repair
* Experience leading or supervising aircraft maintenance tasks
* Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and quality management systems
* Experience in troubleshooting aircraft malfunctions to the component level
* Familiarity with electrical systems, schematics, and circuit analysis
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required
* Ability to obtain a security clearance Preferred Skills
* Experience supporting development or flight test programs
* Experience with DoD systems, including AFTO 781 forms and IMDS
* Ability to work effectively with U.S. government personnel and stakeholders
* Experience working within aviation quality management systems and regulatory compliance environments
* Strong advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and troubleshooting methods Job Duties & Functions
* Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot T-7 aircraft systems, including communication, navigation, instrument, mechanical, and electrical systems
* Diagnose and repair faults at the component level using technical orders, schematics, and engineering diagrams
* Operate ground support equipment and perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks
* Remove aircraft panels as required (excluding those restricted to Command and Response access) to support maintenance and troubleshooting activities
* Ensure compliance with safety programs, environmental requirements, and tool control procedures
* Complete maintenance documentation in both manual and electronic systems in accordance with USAF and company requirements
* Execute troubleshooting and corrective maintenance actions in accordance with approved technical data
* Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior technicians to support skill development and team capability
* Participate in scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance activities
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational readiness Physical Requirements & Environment
* Lift and move up to 50 pounds as required
* Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and around active aircraft systems
* Operate in environments with exposure to loud noise, airborne particles, hydraulic systems, and elevated temperatures
