Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced General Aviation A&P Aircraft Mechanic to join our team working on Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, Rockwell, Grumman, Mooney, etc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation maintenance and a strong commitment to safety and quality. We do accept internships & students for this position.

  • Daily tasks include manual support of aircraft paint operation
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on various types of aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems and components to identify and address issues efficiently.
  • Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance tasks accurately and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and support overall operational efficiency.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment and ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements:
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate required.
  • Experience preferred in aircraft maintenance, with experience working on small general aviation aircraft; Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, Rockwell, Grumman, Mooney, etc. 
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using various tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments for aircraft maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
