Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Maintenance Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all maintenance inspections, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and a strong understanding of FAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance inspection activities to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition.
- Review and approve maintenance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with maintenance personnel to identify and resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.
Requirements:
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance inspection.
- Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 Repair Station regulations and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and regulatory authorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Gulfstream aircraft maintenance and inspections.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Additional certifications in quality assurance or inspection procedures.
