Job Description:
Fabricate fluid transfer lines/tubing and/or hydraulic parts to support the next assembly areas. Ensure quality standards are maintained.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cut tubing to size per the engineering specifications.
- Bend tubing on the tube benders while maintaining specified blueprint tolerances.
- Set up and operate deburr machines to ensure proper finish.
- Operate Supraport computer system.
- Build hydraulic components and subassemblies from engineering blueprints.
- Operate identification-producing equipment.
- Identify material per engineering specifications.
Additional Functions:
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
- Support company FOD program.
- Comply with company safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year related hydraulic experience.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must be skilled in close tolerance work and have knowledge of the use of special tools and equipment.
- Must be able to use basic math.
- The employee must attend and become proficient in the following software programs: or (proficient in all software-related programs required to perform job functions) Catia V5, Smarteam, and Solumina training.
- Employees must obtain and become Q-stamp qualified within 6 months of signing the acceptance letter. (Basic math and reading skills set forth by quality requirements).
Salary Range:
21.00-22.00
