Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on turbo-prop aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, FAA Part 145 Repair Station requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and avionic issues to ensure timely and accurate problem resolution.
- Oversee and lead maintenance teams in the execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
- Collaborate with other aviation professionals, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure the highest standards of aircraft maintenance are met.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aviation technology, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in aircraft maintenance.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
- Minimum of 8 years of recent hands-on experience in maintaining General Aviation turbo-prop and/or piston aircraft.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and guidelines related to aircraft maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both mechanical and avionics systems.
- Own and maintain a well-equipped toolbox, adequate for aircraft maintenance.
- Must be able to pass airport background check and pre-employment drug test
