We are partnered with an Air Ambulance Transportation operator in the Southeastern United States to help them identify a Lead Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT). This individual will be responsible for a wide variety of mechanical/structural removal, installation, repair, and modifications on company aircraft, engines, and components. All work will be performed following OEM maintenance manuals including FAA approved engineering data/drawings, supporting company policies/procedures, and/or supervisory instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This individual will be responsible for a wide variety of mechanical/structural removal, installation, repair, and modifications on company aircraft, engines, and components
- Troubleshooting potentially complex mechanical and systems based discrepancies
- Requires ability to read, interpret, and apply repair manual guidance
- Safely and efficiently complete repairs to the highest level of quality
- Required to assemble close tolerance parts, use special tooling such as torque wrenches, calipers, and pneumatic drills
- Compliance with all FAA, OEM, or applicable regulations and guidance
