Your Impact
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you play a vital role in maintaining the equipment that powers aerospace innovation. Your ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery ensures minimal downtime, maximized productivity, and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and associated electrical components
Diagnose equipment issues, identify parts for replacement, and order necessary components
Perform maintenance and testing of machinery, including CNC equipment
Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Follow detailed procedures and established maintenance protocols
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and LOTO/LTT safety standards
Work independently or collaboratively within a skilled maintenance team
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation
Experience with CNC machinery operation, diagnostics, and repair
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
Physical capability to:
Sit, stand, kneel, and climb ladders
Work at heights above 4 feet
Operate in hot and cold environments
Lift up to 35 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance or related experience
Experience with vacuum furnaces
Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, and LOTO/LTT regulations
Experience working in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments

Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
