Career Progression:

1st Year – Maintenance Planner Trainee

2nd and 3rd Year – Junior Maintenance Planner

4th Year – Maintenance Planner (independent planning)

As a Trainee and later as a Junior Maintenance Planner, responsibilities will be carried out under supervision of experienced professionals, with gradual involvement in more complex tasks to support efficient and well-coordinated aircraft maintenance planning.

Plan short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance activities for Line and Base maintenance

Coordinate maintenance and other activities with relevant teams

Optimize maintenance plans to reduce aircraft downtime while maintaining safety

Plan efficient use of company resources

Recent graduate in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or equivalent aviation maintenance experience (students may also apply)

Strong proficiency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess current details, anticipate future trends, and develop effective plans

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Applicants must hold citizenship of a member country of the European Union to be eligible for this position
