Maintenance Technician – 5th ShiftPay Range: $28.18 – $60.82 per hour
Shift: 5th Shift (Friday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days (based on performance and attendance)
Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining building systems, machinery, and mechanical equipment including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
Key ResponsibilitiesObserve and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to identify issues
Disassemble equipment to access and remove defective parts
Inspect, repair, or replace worn or damaged components
Adjust and lubricate machinery to maintain proper function
Reassemble and test equipment to ensure proper operation
Perform welding and fabrication as needed
Use hand tools and machine tools to maintain facility equipment
Conduct general facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Initiate material/parts requests as needed
Assist with minor electrical repairs under supervision
Follow all safety procedures and maintenance best practices
QualificationsSkills & ExperienceStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Working knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
Experience with industrial equipment and maintenance practices
Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe preferred
CommunicationPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift/push up to 75 lbs
Must be able to bend, kneel, and climb as needed
