Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Fabricate and assemble components using standard hand and power tools, as well as precision instruments

Complete accurate buyoffs for finished work, inspections, and non-conformances

Collaborate with engineers to recommend design changes and process improvements

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control requirements

Requirements:

Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies

Experience working with:

Composites

Titanium

Sheet metal

Riveting and fastening

Wiring and tubing

Basic machining

Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical data

Experience using torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and team members

An A&P License is desired but not required.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
