What Youll Do:🔧 Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, forklifts, and material handling equipment
🔧 Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment failures and emergency breakdowns
🔧 Install, remove, and modify conveyor systems to support process improvements
🔧 Perform repairs on facility equipment, including basic plumbing, lighting, and painting projects
🔧 Identify and locate replacement parts and assist with spare parts inventory management
🔧 Complete work orders, maintenance records, and parts requests accurately
What Were Looking For:✔ 1-2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔ Experience using hand tools and power tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.)
✔ Ability to weld and use a cutting torch
✔ Knowledge of basic facility maintenance and repairs
✔ Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (certification preferred)
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment on concrete floors
✔ Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and assigned shifts as needed
