Job Description & Requirements:

SUMMARY:
Support QC in activities of, aircraft maintenance records audit and paperwork control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties include the following items.
•Perform a final review of the paperwork to ensure compliance with customer maintenance program requirements and/or the RSM.
•Apply acquired knowledge and expertise to effectively evaluate documentation of the maintenance action.
•Perform audits to established procedures, or policies established by the customer
•Input audit rejection data into QAR database. Extract and evaluate rejection data, and create reports for feedback to Maintenance/QC personnel as requested by management.
•Responsible for security and accountability for copies of aircraft documents and tallies during the audit function.
•Verify completeness and accuracy of all Maintenance documents.
•Update customer with appropriate information as required by each customer.
•Regular and prompt attendance.
•Effective and appropriate conduct with co-workers
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (general):
•Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
•Ability to operate general office equipment, such as fax and copy machines.
•Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.
•Ability to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form..
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
