Quality Inspector – Join a Team That Values Precision and Excellence

What You’ll Do
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on mechanical and electrical parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies during receiving, in-process, and final stages.
- Identify and document nonconforming materials, and submit findings to the Material Review Board (MRB).
- Generate and follow up on corrective action requests for internal teams and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation.
- Collaborate across departments and with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, ITAR, and other standards.
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and document results per SAE AS9102.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (RCCA/CAPA).
- Provide feedback to suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, height gauges, go/no-go gauges, CMMs, and other measurement equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar systems for recording inspection results.
- A proactive mindset—more than just sorting parts into “good” or “bad,” you’ll be part of the solution.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)- Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
- Experience with PPAP processes (PFMEA, Control Plans, Gage Capability, etc.).
- Experince in aerospace, automotive, or medical device industries.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
