Quality Inspector - Corporate Aviation Expanding MRO Facility - Augusta, GAJoin a rapidly growing business aviation maintenance facility that's doubling its footprint through a $33 million expansion. We're seeking an experienced Licensed Engine Mechanic to join our innovative team.
About UsOur Augusta, GA facility is a leading MRO center specializing in business aviation maintenance. We service 22 different aircraft models and feature a state-of-the-art engine shop performing comprehensive overhauls on various Honeywell engines and APUs, with advanced test cell capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform major inspections on corporate aircraft
- Perform aircraft inspections following OEM Light/Heavy Maintenance Manuals
- Evaluate component serviceability and document discrepancies
- Implement Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives
- Document all work with clear, precise accuracy
- Analyze mechanical problems and determine optimal repair solutions
- Test and repair various systems including engines, landing gear, hydraulics, and flight controls
Required Qualifications- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
- Experience in corporate aviation on Falcon, Embraer Legacy, Prader, or Phenom is preferred.
- Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with Embraer Legacy, Prader, or Phenom
- Factory authorized, Flight Safety, or CAE training on assigned aircraft/engines
