What you will do
The Repair Station Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the FAA-certificated Part 145 Repair Station. This position ensures that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with applicable FAA regulations, the Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM), and company policies and procedures. The manager is tasked with maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while also ensuring an efficient and timely delivery service. In addition to operational oversight, the manager is responsible for business development by identifying growth opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to planning initiatives aimed at expanding the repair station’s capabilities and market presence. The Repair Stion Manager partners with Marketing to develop and lead promotional and marketing efforts for Centennial Aircraft Services and provides accurate website content to be updated.
- Oversee daily repair station operations including inspection, maintenance, repair, and return-to-service activities
- Ensure full compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, the RSQCM, and all applicable regulatory requirements
- Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure proper training, certification, and qualification
- Maintain and calibrate tools, equipment, and technical data used in maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented, and records are maintained accurately
- Interface with the FAA and support external audits and inspections
- Promote a safe working environment and compliance with internal safety policies
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Evaluate new and unique service opportunities or programs that add to or replace service offerings
- Works with the Marketing team to develop and implement promotional and marketing materials
- Responsible for monitoring customer relations activities such as monitoring competitive regional changes and customer follow-ups

What we are looking for
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Minimum five (5) years aviation maintenance experience
- At least three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in a Part 145 environment
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, especially 14 CFR Part 145 and FAA Order 8900.1
- Experience with quality control systems, maintenance4 documentation, and inspection processes
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with maintenance tracking software and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in aviation or related field preferred
