Take Your Career to New Heights in Aerospace ManufacturingPDS Tech Commercial is seeking experienced Structures Installation Mechanics to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role involves working on advanced aircraft structures, ensuring high-quality assembly, sealing, and installation of critical components.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision structural and system components per engineering specifications.
- Work with blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform functional testing, inspections, and adjustments to meet quality requirements.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and operate manual and CNC fastening equipment.
- Identify and document discrepancies, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Seal fuel cell and wing section components, ensuring leak-proof construction.
- Train and assist team members to support seamless production flow.
Qualifications & Requirements:- 5 to 10 years of experience in aerospace structures installation and sealing (must be clearly visible on resume).
- Expertise in fuel cell sealing and wing box panel sealing is required.
- Comfortable working 2nd shift and weekends as needed.
- Experience with CNC fastening equipment and precision assembly preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
