We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Aviation Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and repair, preferably in commercial aviation or a similar field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods as needed.
