PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an innovative specialized technology company to hire a hands-on Test Technician who takes pride in precision, quality, and getting the details right. About the Role & Your Impact
As a Test Technician, you will be directly responsible for preparing, assembling, calibrating, and testing products to ensure they meet performance and quality requirements. Your work will help deliver reliable, high-performing technology to customers while supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Adjust and test audit trail printers according to established procedures
Perform boxing and unboxing of products for testing and shipment
Disassemble and reassemble printers and related components
Calibrate and test equipment following detailed work instructions
Conduct acceptance testing for ICX products
Accurately document and report test results using detailed written forms
Identify and flag deviations from expected performance standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Qualifications
Ability to understand and properly use tools and calibration equipment
Experience working with mechanical and/or electronic equipment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in testing, assembly, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with calibration processes and quality assurance procedures
Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical or electronic systems
Work Schedule & Environment
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Work casual dress code (shirts with sleeves and closed-toe shoes required)
Hands-on role in a production or lab environment with regular physical activity

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
