Aerotek Aviation is looking for an experienced UH-60 Blackhawk Mechanic to perform modifications on UH-60 (Blackhawk) Helicopters. This candidate will join a team of Technicians, who will be traveling within the United States (Domestic) moving from Military base to Military base.
No tools are required for this position.
Details
• Airfare, hotels, meals, and Incidentals will be covered.
• Performing aircraft modifications and installations on UH-60 Helicopters.
• Must be able to work off of MWO.
• Limited training period so candidates must be able to hit the ground running day one.
• Candidates must be comfortable with 100 travel.
• Candidates will be spending roughly between 4 weeks per location. (Expectancy: Approximately 2-3 days per mod)
• Will be on the road traveling using company provided vehicles.
Requirements
• Unlicensed Mechanic: At least 4 years of prior aircraft experience. (All platforms will be considered, but H-60 is a plus)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Prior modification/installation experience heavily preferred.
• Candidates will be responsible for fabrication and/or modification of related sheet metal/structural parts and components.
• Perform the full range of airframe maintenance, repair, modifications, inspections and servicing of aircraft in accordance with approved methods, techniques and practices and certifies work accomplished.
• Must be able to perform scheduled maintenance with minimum supervision.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
