Description:
The UH-60 Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters to ensure they meet operational and safety standards. This role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and ensuring compliance with military and OEM regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on UH-60 helicopters.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and component replacements.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and structural systems.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of UH-60 maintenance experience.
- Military or FAA A&P certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Army maintenance procedures (TAMMS-A).
- Ability to work in a high-tempo operational environment.
