Desirable:
· Experience in an operationally complex industry (airline, logistics, travel, or similar)
· Familiarity with future-back or vision-led planning methodologies
· Exposure to AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
· Experience working alongside product teams in agile or product-led delivery environments
· Track record of codifying best practice into reusable templates, patterns, or solution libraries
