Job Description:
Airbus UpNext is looking for the Project Management Officer to explore 5G Non-Terrestrial-Network capabilities based on space platforms.
Our objective is to explore new technologies and to support the strategic ambitions of Airbus. As such, be prepared for a wild ride, digging into unconventional ways of working, and be ready for many pivots throughout, as we will explore the unknown.
This position is based in Toulouse, comes with a limited contract (CDI-C) of
3 years (duration linked to the estimated deadline of the demonstrator&39; deliverable), starting ASAP.

This job is based on :
Project Management and drumbeat:
- Deploy traditional project management with respect to finance reporting and EVM tracking but also with required reporting requirement at UpNext company level
- Bridge conventional PM and AGILE PM activities to ensure best project efficiency
Follow contracts and purchases for all the team:
- Set up contract management with project partners
- Lead the purchase and receipt activities
The responsibilities and the technical scope of the job might evolve according to the agile working environment of the project, so being flexible is important.
You will work very closely cross-functionally with the Airbus Teams, and collaborate with international teams across the globe.

Hands-on experience in finance and controlling
Proficiency in the use of MS Office or Google Suite tools
Experience in engineering projects
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Practical problem solving skills as well as autonomy and initiative will be expected
Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Negotiation level in English is required
