A vacancy for an Application Manager (d/m/f) for DMS Solutions has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space Digital. This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your role will be accountable to perform application management and administration tasks mainly for our DMS solution based on IBM FileNet and SER Doxis, but other similar solutions might follow. Your activities may include:

• Provide excellent level of user support in performing Level2 and Level3 application management

• Test and verify user requirements and support and monitor the user validation of the system

• Monitor and track system performance against negotiated service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Analyse console messages, diagnose system failures and take corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical teams and vendors as needed

• Identify and implement technologies and processes that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability of the systems environment

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent education) in Information Technology or any engineering discipline with IT context or with the examination as IT specialist

• Professional experience with entry level (0-3 years)

• Service Management & Project Management basic knowledge will be a plus

• Fluent in German and English mandatory; Spanish/French skills will be a plus
