Job Summary:
The position will assist the Division Compliance Manager (DCM) in ensuring the successful implementation and adherence to import/export compliance programs across the division. This role provides administrative and operational support to the DCM and FCOs/AFCOs in areas such as training, procedures, documentation, and audits. The Assistant DCM will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with U.S. government regulations and international trade laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• WG Export Compliance SharePoint Site Development and Management:
Develop and maintain the division&39;s Export Compliance SharePoint site as the central hub for:
• 1) PCC and Division export manuals, policies, forms, best practice documents.
2)Data capture for division and consent agreement,
3) Communication. The site serves as the primary platform for flow-down consent agreement requirements and notifications to all FCOs and AFCOs.
• Compliance Procedure Implementation:
Assist local sites in customizing these procedures to meet their specific needs and comply with regulatory, PCC and Division policies and requirements.
• Training Coordination & Support:
Help organize and deliver compliance training sessions to functional area employees and new hires to ensure the export compliance awareness and commitment at all levels.
• Consent Agreement Support:
Help with data collection and reports as required under the Consent Agreement.
Assist FCOs in preparing for external and internal audits and closing out corrective actions.
Export License Application and Management Support:
Assist FCOs in license application and license management (including licensable shipments).
Serve as a backup when DCM is unavailable.
• Duty Drawback Program:
Provide assistance to WG Duty Drawback Programs and other duty reduction programs.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor&39;s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with ITAR and EAR is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $67,000 to $100,600 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
