Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 and B737-8200 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.
The successful candidate for Base Maintenance Manager position will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance is carried out to EASA & UKCAA standards and overseeing technical and engineering support.
- Overseeing the scheduling and timely completion of repairs and maintenance ensuring budget adherence.
- Responsible for delivering on time performance whilst maintaining the highest of standards and safety.
- Ensuring manpower resources, tooling and equipment are available to accomplish the scheduled work.
- Assessing the performance of personnel against experience, qualifications, and training to ensure that they are sufficient for the tasks undertaken.
- Ensuring the talent pipeline and growth plan are in place and managed accordingly to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Ensuring the establishment is fit for purpose by making sure that up-to-date processes and procedures are in place and communicated effectively.
- Ensuring the serviceability and calibration of tools and equipment is satisfactorily maintained
- Preparing and maintaining Maintenance procedures, HSE requirements and promotion of the Group SMS system.
- Responsible for promoting the Companies’ Safety and Quality policies.
- Providing the GM and the Accountable Manager with regular briefings.
- Ensuring regular interaction with other group BMM to share best practices.
Requirements - Min 5 years of Base Maintenance experience at a senior supervisory/management level, ideally B1/B2 Licence with EASA B737-800NG/UKCAA Type Training.
- Previous experience of developing and implementing processes and procedures
- Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.
- Proactive.
