Tasks
As part of our Cargo Offer Development team, you’ll design, manage, and optimize our air cargo products and services. By driving continuous process improvements and collaborating with partners, you’ll ensure competitive, customer-focused offerings and deliver operational excellence.
- Manage and enhance assigned products, services, and tools by defining requirements, refining value propositions, and improving related processes.
- Drive innovation and collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to design efficient air cargo solutions aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead projects focused on product development, service enhancement, and process optimization.
- Manage daily business operations, including monitoring ongoing topics, maintaining internal tools, and ensuring smooth processes and workflows across departments.
- Represent Swiss WorldCargo in industry working groups and ensure compliance with guidelines and internal standards

Requirements
At Swiss WorldCargo, we are seeking proactive self-starters who bring the drive to shape and finalize future improvements. With strong product and process skills and initiative, you will turn ideas into impactful solutions and make a tangible difference as part of our team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 5+ years of professional experience in air cargo (commercial or operations)
- Expertise in product and process management with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Innovative and analytical mindset with a quick grasp of setups, processes, and interfaces
- Independent working style with a high level of ownership, initiative, and solution orientation
- Hands-on implementer who drives ideas into practice
- Strong skills in Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics to translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborative team player
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English, German is an asset
