Skills You Bring to this Role
- Must have strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Experience developing/writing sales proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
- Success working in a team-based environment with proven ability to build consensus working across organizational boundaries.
- Ability to work independently in foreign countries in support of campaign engagement plans.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field.
- 5 years combined experience in major account sales, business development, and/or other customer solutions development role.
- Experience with Strategic Selling, fleet sales, aviation training, and aircraft sustainment solutions is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
