We are looking for a Compensation Strategy & Analytics Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, innovative, data-driven individual who understands how to lead, with a high degree of autonomy and proactivity, the development of advanced compensation analytics capabilities by integrating multiple data sources to generate actionable insights that support business strategy.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree or specialization in Analytics, Data Science, or Business is a plus
Experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or similar roles
- Proven experience building end-to-end dashboards, from data extraction and transformation to visualization and storytelling
- Strong experience handling and integrating large datasets using Python, SQL, or similar tools
- Experience developing predictive models, automation solutions, and applying AI in business contexts
- Experience translating complex analyses into insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Preferred: experience in compensation or HR analytics
Skills to succeed:
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to build intelligent and automated dashboards
- Strong programming skills (Python, SQL) and solid understanding of data engineering concepts
- Ability to develop simulations and what-if scenarios to support strategic decision-making
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver executive-level data storytelling
- Advanced level of English
