Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years experience in a product support environment in addition to. 3 years program management related experience.

Position Purpose:

Plan, organize and manage company and vendor resources to execute the requirements of customized and comprehensive integrated logistics global product support programs offered through the Contract Maintenance & Logistic Support organization.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. Establish and manage program budgets to achieve program forecasted targets and/or desired program revenue.
  2. Interface directly with customer and/or customer representatives in providing single-point-of contact services in administration of all contract obligations.
  3. Participate in program / contract negotiations, critical design reviews and program management reviews.
  4. Develop progress reports, proposal deliverables, fact-finding reports and program required. documentation. .
  5. Develop program scope, pricing strategies and program master & integrated schedules. Track program schedule and performance targets. .
  6. Provide oversight of contractual compliance for each program (parts tracking, status reports, financial reports, forecasting reports, etc.) .
  7. Monitor funding levels and proper allocation for each program. Manage integration of product support, quality, technical operations, pricing, material support, Government Contracts, finance, publications and CMP services.
  8. Manage oversight of technical support for programs to include services provided by subcontractors.

Additional Functions:

  1. Prepare proposal responses, review and approve final submittals. .
  2. Support Completion & Service Center activities to meet business objectives & customer satisfaction goals. .
  3. Act as liaison and work closely with Gulfstream Product Support departments to facilitate their involvement and support in meeting contract requirements. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  1. Requires knowledge of service and support operations. Requires a detailed understanding of program/project management processes & procedures and an intimate understanding of in service aircraft operations.
  2. Experience dealing with unique support requirements associated with international operators including governments and militaries.
  3. Familiarity with aviation related support activities.
