Purpose:
The Director of Human Resources reports to the CFO, and is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions and directing the people functions of the organization in accordance with the policies and practices of Citadel Completions, LLC.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop plans for and administer full range human resources programs for the organization including, but not limited to: Payroll administration, benefits, unemployment, workers compensation, employee relations, affirmative action, sexual harassment, and employee career development.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters. Assists operations managers with verification of employee Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certifications as required.
- Perform full cycle recruiting: maintain job descriptions, post roles, source and screen applicants/resumes, coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters and employment terms, on-board new hires, etc. Identify appropriate external sources for candidates.
- Annually review and make recommendations for improvement of the organization&39;s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters, and communicates changes ensuring that proper compliance is followed.
- Develop and maintain a human resource information system that meets the organization&39;s personnel information needs.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels to identify and resolve personnel issues.
- Coordinate an annual review of the organization&39;s wage and salary program.
- Consult with legal counsel as appropriate on personnel matters.
- Coordinate or conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Prepare and maintain weekly headcount reports.
- Respond to inquiries for financial and employment verification.
- Manage the budget and other financial measures of the HR department.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
Minimum Qualifications or Experience:
- Bachelor&39;s degree and four to 10 years&39; related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferably Aviation VIP/VVIP Interior Completion and/or Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications or Experience:- Master&39;s degree.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
Supervisory Responsibilities:This position manages all employees of the HR department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.

Travel:Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel is to be expected for business industry work, events and occasional business networking and negotiation meetings.

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
