A well-established private Part 91 operation based in Coastal Carolina is seeking a qualified Director of Maintenance to oversee the care and compliance of a fleet consisting of turboprop and jet aircraft. This leadership role offers stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a professionally managed aviation environment.

The selected candidate will be based at a large private hangar and will be provided with a dedicated office and company-issued work cell phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aircraft maintenance activities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with in-house staff and vendors
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage inventory
• Promote a safety-first culture across all maintenance operations

Qualifications:

• A&P with I/A License required
• Prior experience in a maintenance leadership role (Part 91 preferred)
• Familiarity with both turboprop and jet aircraft
• Strong communication and organizational skills
