Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $234,000.00
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, education, skills, and experience as well as market demands. These factors impact the salary/wage offered.

Purpose of Position
The Director, Sales is responsible for leading their assigned group of sales managers to ensure all company sales and revenue goals are met and exceeded as well as meeting other territory/specialty product goals.
Note: extensive travel is required to fulfill the requirements of the position.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The following duties are essential to the successful and satisfactory performance of this job. Other duties may be assigned.
- Accountable for the development and execution of corporate sales objectives and working with sales managers to meet and exceed sales quota via prospecting or retainment growth and upselling efforts.
- Develop and coordinate with sales managers a strategy for obtaining the maximum possible training business from the designated territory or assigned account.
- Define and track applicable metrics and analytics for continuous improvement, customer acquisition, and performance management of sales manager team; assure account accuracy.
- Lead recruiting strategy and partnerships to support establishment of a high-performing sales team and related talent pipeline.
- Coach and develop sales managers on sales strategy, presentation skills, business acumen, product, and results.
- Foster an energetic, healthy competitive sales culture that actively lives out the FlightSafety core competencies and supports the current Flight Plan.
- Coordinate collaboratively with other Sales Directors on all improvement & development programs for the holistic sales team.
- Contact prospective Customers to introduce FlightSafety International’s products and their potential benefits to the Customer.
- Contact Customers to maintain awareness of their needs and level of satisfaction.
- Capture any add on training, upselling and renewals from a contractual point of view
- Be proficient in all FSI client interfacing systems such as Salesforce, CRM, Genesis System, SAP, FlightSafety App, FlightBag, Enterprise Analytics.
- Attend local industry events or assigned corporate tradeshows
