As the Diversity Strategy Manager,  you will champion the organisations strength in diversity and support a culture of inclusivity to reflect our core values and our customer genome. 

In this role, you will:

• Support the business to establish diversity goals and direct the implementation of action plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.  


• Collaborate with relevant Departments to design a framework for measuring belonging and diversity and reporting on their overall impact on the culture and Emirates Group experience.  


• Partner with HR and the business to ensure our diversity goals are integrated into our people practices.  


• Design diversity solutions to make our differences count and align it to the Emirates Group overall talent and development approach.  


• Provide consulting, training and coaching for executives, leaders and employees on diversity opportunities.


• Build and manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring they are strategically aligned with diversity objectives and contribute to fostering a more inclusive culture across the Emirates Group.


• Support HR and business leaders in diagnosing diversity related issues, recommending potential solutions and executing interventions.


• Remain current and provide subject matter expertise on global equal employment opportunity acts and affirmative action laws and regulations within our Groups network.


• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates. 

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Degree in a related field, preferably within Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour or equivalent. Masters level qualification would be an asset.


• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant Human Resources role.


• Progressive experience in a people or organisational development related role.


• A deep understanding of diversity measurement, evaluation and reporting and a track record in developing and delivering diversity programs and events.

• Ability to effectively build partnerships across the business and manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 


• Excellent relationship management and engagement skills, particularly with senior leaders and executives. 


• Ability to work cross collaboratively, with excellent facilitation, communication and influencing skills.
