Job Description
- Manages the FAA Repair Station, creates team spirit, and manages harmony among employee groups to achieve the highest levels of safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, 6-S accomplishment, and instills the Lean manufacturing concept.
- Coordinates and works with all internal as well as external customers.
- Must ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and the current labor agreement in a consistent manner.
Experience Requirements
- 5 years FAA Repair Station Manager - Part 145 Component Repair Station Background
- Experience with manufacturers drawings and specifications
- Familiar with applicable FAA FARS
- MRP/ERP experience
