Raytheon Financial Planning & Analysis Central (FPAC) is seeking a highly motivated Manager, FP&A, to support all aspects of bookings and backlog analysis and reporting. The effective candidate will possess knowledge of Raytheon policies and procedures, the ability to communicate effectively, and excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
The unique positioning of this role provides the opportunity for interaction with senior finance leadership, SBU FP&A and Corporate FP&A. The experience gained in the development of the overall strategy of the business is essential to a finance professional’s career growth and will produce a mature understanding of how to craft a message.
What You Will Do:
Support Bookings weekly, monthly, quarterly deliverables and provided forecast recommendations.
Reconcile Raytheon month-end backlog and update backlog margin report.
Reporting and analysis of sales/margin from new bookings and backlog-burndown.
Lead monthly backlog review with accounting and SBUs.
Support the development of executive level presentations going to both Raytheon and RTX leadership.
Support monthly and quarterly deliverables to RTX FPA&
Partnering with the SBU FP&A teams to improve forecast accuracy and processes.
Support ad hoc requests.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field and minimum of 8 years Finance/Business experience; OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office, MS Excel or similar financial systems.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Proficiency with Raytheon systems (Business Warehouse, Analyzer, Rplan, SAP)
Experience with Power Queries, Power BI, and other advanced data reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to work and successfully lead in a cross functional team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively lead meetings and communicate complex information.
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
