Job Summary
A Fleet Presentation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily aircraft cleaning and presentation operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and brand presentation are consistently achieved.
This role provides hands-on leadership to Fleet Presentation Agents, ensuring aircraft are impeccably cleaned, prepared, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. The Supervisor coordinates work-flow, monitors quality performance, supports staff development, and ensures operational deadlines are met in a fast-paced airport environment.
Your activities
- Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft cleaning activities across allocated shifts.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure on-time aircraft turnaround.
- Conduct pre-and post-clean inspections to ensure presentation standards are met.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties when required to support operational demands
- Maintain the highest cabin cleanliness ensuring compliance with airline standards including, seat vacuuming, cleaning of trays, lavatory cleaning and sanitisation. Cabin deodorising and presentation alignment (seat belts crossed, lockers open, shades aligned).
- Conduct regular quality audits and spot checks.
- Address presentation defects immediately and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and aviation regulations.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the team.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Fleet Presentation Agents.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance team environment.
- Maintain shift reports and operational records.
- Track cleaning performance metrics and report issues to management.
Your profile
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, 24 hours a day.
- Good physical fitness for lifting up to 32kg.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Australia Citizen/Resident with unlimited work rights.
- Possession of a valid Australia drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
