We are currently seeking a Group Leader to join our AERO team in our Gul Circle office. Your focus will be Integrate innovative mechanical solutions across Honeywell. You will participate and engage in multi-disciplined preventative maintenance focused projects that support the organizations business strategies. You will have a direct impact on business unit, function, and overall site success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and execute the engine components movement in Repair Operations Cell A, Cell B and Cell C to ensure continuous operations that can supply at Back End assembly line.
• Work with cross-functional teams to complete the work orders on-time.
• Review service order accordingly and establish priorities and execute the schedules
• To ensure accurate and timely production planning that will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of R&O operations
• Responsible for controlling parts movement of APU components and Single Items components in the Repair Shop.
• Responsible for ensuring the APU Turn Around Time (RAT) is achieve based on the HPD goal
• Responsible for ensuring the APU components and single items OTFP(On Time First Promise) will achieve based on the HPD goal.

MUST HAVE:

• Production Control Experience for Aerospace and advantage if have certification in production control
• Minimum 3 to 5 years related work experience
• Good knowledge of SAP system or other ERP system needed.
• Good communication skill and problem solving skill
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analysis skills and time management skill.
• Self motivated, and able to work independently.
• Advantage if have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Material Science/ Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.
