Your Role & ImpactAs the go-to avionics expert, you will lead all avionics-related tasks, ensuring the seamless functionality and safety of our cutting-edge aircraft. You will collaborate closely with the airframe lead, manage avionics priorities, and escalate manpower needs to meet project deadlines. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to excellence in aviation.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary avionics technician, overseeing all avionics-related tasks and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the airframe lead and perform hands-on technical duties.
Conduct avionics and electrical preflight inspections to ensure flight readiness.
Install, remove, and replace Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and electrical wiring.
Set up, launch, and recover aircraft for functional testing and troubleshooting.
Utilize test equipment for diagnostics and repairs, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
Read and interpret engineering schematics and technical documentation.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
What You Bring4+ years of avionics/electrical system troubleshooting experience, with at least 1 year in production flight.
A&P or Repairman Certification required.
Leadership experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Production Certificate Systems and aircraft certification processes.
Engine run certification for at least one current production model.
Proficiency in troubleshooting digital and analog avionics systems.
Strong understanding of ground support equipment and aircraft flight principles.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour
