Our team is looking for an MRO Warehouse Lead & Production Scheduler to join them. You will report to the Warehouse and Planning Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.
To be considered for the MRO Warehouse Lead & Production Scheduler opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aerospace MRO or similar warehouse environment
- Achieve Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment
- Knowledge of ATA 300 requirements
- Ability to read, interpret, understand, and apply warehouse standards
- Effective verbal communication, ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Analytical and reasoning ability, problem solving
- Ability to read/understand bill of materials
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
- Direct or indirect knowledge of CFR 14 part 145
- Forklift Certification
- Previous Hazmat training is desirable
- Experience with ERP and Microsoft Office Suite
As an MRO Warehouse Lead & Production Scheduler, you will:
- Coordinates and leads all aspects of shipping, receiving and stockroom material movement
- Inventory control & data management – Support inventory accuracy through timely and accurate material transactions in the ERP system, daily cycle counts and reconciliation as needed
- Production scheduling – Assist with the development and updates of weekly and monthly production schedules
- Material management – Coordinate purchasing, inventory control and movement of inventory and WIP material
- Coordination & Communication – Act as liaison between warehouse, supply chain, production planning, operations and key stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and on time completion of shipping and receiving tasks, including but not
- limited to receipt, inspection, acceptance or rejection of all goods received into the facility
- Picking, packing and shipping IAW ATA 300 requirements
- Continuously improving efficiency and quality to achieve key metrics
- Other duties as required
