How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Manager – Compliance Systems Management is responsible for leading a set of teams who provide support for all cargo technology systems (examples include but are not limited to iCargo, AcceleRate, Velocity and deltacargo.com) by creating and maintaining support and tracking materials while ensuring quality / compliance of all processes within the systems (including access). In addition, the role will partner with both business and technical partners to resolve challenges within the systems (whether it be process or technology changes).The position requires intensive knowledge of systems and how business processes translate into Delta system utilization. The candidate must be able to utilize this information and build a team that supports this knowledge base to support internal customers such as Operations, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Management and external customers using deltacargo.com. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):Develops both strategic and tactical plans that creates support structure for cargo systemsInvestigations of processes and systems using tools such as DCOM and Agility Drives efficiency and standardization for all support activities and processing of issues to support both Operations and Commercial organizationsOffers excellent customer service to business, technical and vendor partners through understanding customer needsPartners with Product Owners to drive enhancements and innovation in eliminating issues / challenges within systemsPerforms data analysis, identifies relevant trends and implements system-wide corrective actions (process or technical)Provides oversight to technology providers ensuring compliance to Delta policies and procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
