We are seeking a hands-on Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead and strengthen a culture where food safety and quality are embedded in every part of the operation. This role requires a leader who combines technical expertise with strong floor presence—coaching, guiding, and holding teams accountable to the highest standards.
You will oversee compliance with FDA, USDA, and company requirements, ensure audit readiness, and serve as a key point of contact for regulatory inspections.
