To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a HR related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
- Master in Occupational Psychology is preferred.
- 10+ years experience in Human Resources. Demonstrating progressive experience in a people and organisational development role
- Meet practice requirements and standards of occupational psychology as British Psychological Society or similar. (See below)
- Extensive experience in applying psychological principles in organisational settings.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing organisational psychology strategies.
- Experience in psychometric testing, assessment centres, and development centres.
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Consultancy experience with a focus on delivering planned and systematic outcomes.
It is important for the job holder to meet the below four standards of occupational psychology practitioners (as outlined by the BPS):
- Ethical, reflective and legal practice.
- Practicing the five core areas of occupational psychology (Psychological assessment at work; Learning, training and development; Leadership, engagement and motivation; Wellbeing and work; Work design, organisational change and development).
- Taking an evidence-based approach.
- Competence in applying the consultancy cycle.
