The Manager Skywards Infinity Platform will design, develop and scale the Skywards Infinity platform that will connect local members in strategic markets to local lifestyle partners, across a number of verticals. The platform will provide members with an opportunity to earn and burn everyday in a seamless way, and will provide the partners with an effective channel to engage with members.
In this role, you will:
- Design the Skywards Infinity platform, in close collaboration with the Partnerships Team, that will provide a mobile channel for members to engage with thousands of retail, F&B, travel and lifestyle outlets to earn and burn miles on everyday transactions. Ensure that the platform meets the requirements of the business development and partnerships strategy.
- Design a B2B Skywards Infinity platform that will enable an easy process to contract, on board and transact with hundreds of local partners as well as providing them with a channel to promote their services to Skywards members.
- Continuously enhance the platform, in collaboration with CCMB (UX), EGIT and an ecosystem of technology and business partners to ensure a seamless experience for members and to establish the platform as an effective channel of communication.
- Scale the platform to cater to multiple strategic markets (e.g., UAE, India, KSA) while maintaining localised content relevant to each market.
- Leverage and monetize the transaction data over the platform, provide insights to partners and drive further personalisation to members
- Establish the platform as the main contributor to Skywards objective to become the prominent lifestyle currency in its strategic markets (e.g., UAE, India, KSA)
- Provide the business requirements and manage the contractual agreements with the technology and business partners, in coordination with other Emirates Group stakeholders (e.g., EGIT, Group Legal)
- Manage all the aspects pertaining to the operational use of the platform by (B2B) partners and by (B2C) members.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team on their business development plans to ensure the platform is future proof and supporting the growth objectives.
