Position Summary

Optimize MH network revenue and profitability by spaneting MH freighter and belly capacity to partners as well as formulate, establish and manage trucking services worldwide. To manage and grow MASkargo’s strategic partnerships and alliances, including Joint Business Agreements (JBAs), and codeshare partnerships, and commercial cooperation with global cargo carriers. The role ensures alignment of partnership strategies with MASkargo’s overall business objectives to optimize network connectivity, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Accountability
  1. Evaluate, propose, and manage collaborative partnerships such as Block Space Agreements (BSA), Special Prorate Agreements (SPA), and trucking arrangements to optimize MASkargo’s revenue and network coverage beyond MH online services.
  2. Analyze spanet demand trends and propose capacity adjustments to improve profitability and operational efficiency through 3rd party capacity.
  3. Lead the development, negotiation, and structuring of new alliances, joint ventures, and commercial agreements aligned with MASkargo’s strategic objectives.
  4. Oversee the implementation and operational lifecycle of Joint Business Agreements (JBAs), ensuring compliance with operational, commercial, legal, and regulatory standards.
  5. Collaborate with Group Procurement and Group Legal Practice on the appointment of global vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and service standards without compromising contractual obligations.
  6. Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support network operations and commercial initiatives.
  7. Lead overall project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of workstreams across business units.
  8. Head the Loyalty Program development workstream under the Project Management Office, driving customer retention and value enhancement initiatives.
  9. Assist in the setup of the Customer Service Unit and integration of CRM systems with the LMS for improved customer experience management.
  10. Review monthly performance reports on alliances and partner usage, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Attend internal and external meetings, representing the commercial strategy function as required.
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Diploma / Degree with relevant field is typically required
  • Business Administration / Aviation Management / Air Transport & Logistics
  • 7 years in air cargo/logistic.3 years in middle management role.
Areas of Experience

Alliances & Partners, Sales & Business Development, Charter Services, Revenue Management, Administrative, Air cargo or logistics industries, supported by experience in developing and implementing company growth strategies.
